I attended Nottingham High School (NHS) from 1951-1958. Both my sons attended NHS and my wife is now one of the governors of NHS.

Personal

I am the Vice Chairman, Finance Director and on the board of Notts County Football Club, the oldest professional soccer team in the world (founded in 1862).

I am an executive member of Nottinghamsire County Cricket Club.

I am also on the boards of some volunteer organizations.

I am married with 3 children and 7 grandchildren.

Fun

For fun, I like to cruise on my boat, Sapphire, and watch Notts County play football.
